This is an interesting read, as well as a bountiful cookbook filled with 188 easy dressings you can make in minutes in your own kitchen! 104 pages, spiral bound.; lays flat for easy recipe use.

Here's a sample recipe from the book:

Orange Poppyseed Dressing

Serve this over a salad of Boston lettuce, honeydew, canteloupe, grapes and maybe some chopped ham or prosciutto.

2 green onions, diced
Dash salt & pepper, to taste

In a blender, combine everything except the poppyseeds, blend until smooth.
