Here is a sample recipe from the book:

Rosemary & Mint Mouthwash

3 cups mineral, spring, or bottled water (or good well water if you have that)
2 teaspoons fresh mint leaves
2 teaspoons fresh or dried rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon anise seed
1/2 teaspoon myrrh tincture or powdered myrrh (available on our website or most health foods stores); if using myrrh powder, add it
with the mint and anise seed instead of later)

Bring the water to a boil, add the herbs and seed and let cool for 20 minutes. Strain and discard the herbs.
Add the myrrh tincture and bottle and store. To use: rinse mouth after brushing teeth or as a breath freshener mouthwash.

Myrrh tincture is the gum resin from the Commiphora Myrrha tree. The tincture is the powdered resin, or tree sap, in alcohol
and is added to mouthwash because myrrh is an antiseptic and an aid to healing the gums and mouth.
